Over the next 25+ years, he gained extensive experience across various banking sectors, including home loans, consumer finance, equipment and vehicle leasing, commercial loans, property development, health industry specialisation and agribusiness.
Lionel progressed to leadership roles, managing a team of 30 banking professionals across North West Victoria (Mildura) and South West Victoria (Geelong).
After a long career with a major bank, Lionel then transitioned to owning and operating the RAMS Home Loans Franchise in Geelong. This experience as a self-employed business owner has enhanced his understanding and care for customers, setting Achieve Home Loans apart from competitors.
